Summer internship opportunities at Yale

The Clark Relationships Lab at Yale University is currently accepting applications for volunteer research assistants this summer. The ideal candidate is a motivated undergraduate or recent graduate with a keen interest in social psychology. Research experience is an asset but not a necessity. Research topics relate to emotion expression, focus of attention in relationships, shared experience, interpersonal identities, and interpersonal interaction. Interns are expected to work approximately 35 hours/week; this includes study preparation, data collection (in the lab and in the field), analysis, and lab meetings. We will help you learn to present work in a laboratory group, prepare IRB applications, discuss issues about research design and data analyses, and schedule informal social get-togethers. We are committed to making the summer internship an excellent educational experience.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until positions are filled. To apply, please send a CV, unofficial grade report, your availability between June and August, and a short paragraph describing why you’re interested in working in the Clark Lab to ClarkLabSummer@gmail.com.
