The Learning Research and Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh is pleased to announce its Summer Undergraduate Research Internship Program. Interested undergraduate students can select from a range of faculty mentors in the Learning Sciences (http://www.lrdc.pitt.edu/Diversity/faculty_mentors.cshtml) to gain valuable research experiences in preparation for graduate school.
The program will run from May 21-July 1st, 2017 and room and board will be provided. A limited number of travel supplements are available to fund travel to and from Pittsburgh.

One or more letters of recommendation from a faculty member should be submitted on behalf of the applicant directly to LRDCinterns@pitt.edu by April 1, 2017. Applicants will be informed of the decision by April 10, 2017.
Note: Drs. Masnick, Novak, and Ploran all spent a portion of their graduate or postdoctoral years in Pittsburgh and sing its praises. Dr. Ploran completed her grad work in the LRDC and knows several of the mentors on this list personally. Feel free to contact her if you want some more info about the people and environment.
